Official Rules of the "Perps Waitlist" Promotion

1. What this Promotion is and who runs it

Perps is the feature that gives access, from a self-custodial wallet and through the Bitso Alpha interface, to the perpetual futures markets of Hyperliquid, a third-party platform. Its use is governed by the Terms of Service — Perpetual Futures Trading (the "Perps Terms"), available through Bitso Alpha or at www.bitso.com/terms.

The Promotion consists of a pre-launch waitlist for Perps (the "Waitlist"), available at https://go.bitso.io/perps-waitlist/, in which participants earn points for signing up early, inviting other people and completing social-media actions (the "Points"). At close, the top 100 positions on the Leaderboard receive a Prize in USDC. The Promotion rewards early registration on the Waitlist and its promotion; no Point or Prize depends on opening, holding or closing positions on Hyperliquid or on using Perps.

The Promotion is organized by Nvio Pagos El Salvador, S.A. de C.V. (the "Organizer"), the same entity that makes the Bitso Alpha interface available under the Perps Terms. The Organizer is solely responsible for the Promotion and the Prizes. "Bitso" refers only to the brand and to the platform on which participants hold their account (the "Bitso Account").

Registering on the Waitlist does not open an account, does not enable Perps and does not guarantee access to Perps. Access to Perps, when available, will depend on the eligibility requirements of the Perps Terms and on the user's acceptance of them.

2. Who can participate

Any individual may register on the Waitlist who:

• is at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in their place of residence if higher;
• resides in a jurisdiction where Bitso accepts users and where neither the Promotion nor Perps is prohibited or restricted;
• has their own valid e-mail address (not a temporary or disposable one);
• accepts these Rules; and
• is not on any sanctions list and meets the Organizer's anti-money-laundering requirements.

Employees of the Organizer and of its affiliates, and their spouses, parents, children and siblings, may not participate.

The Waitlist is single and global: all participants compete on the same Leaderboard. The Organizer does not guarantee a minimum number of winners per jurisdiction.

3. How to participate

Registration. Go to the Waitlist, provide your e-mail address, complete the security check, verify your e-mail through the link we send you and accept these Rules and the Privacy Notice. No action earns Points until the e-mail is verified. Then choose a Username (3 to 20 characters: letters, numbers or underscores; no offensive terms and nothing that impersonates the Organizer or Bitso, such as "bitso", "admin" or "support"). The Username is the only thing shown on the Leaderboard; your e-mail is never published.

One entry per person. Each person may register only once. Duplicate e-mails or aliases of an existing participant are not registered and do not count as referrals.

Term. From October 19, 2026 at 00:00 to November 2, 2026 at 23:59, Mexico City time (GMT-6) (the "Term"). The Term is fixed and will not be brought forward even if Perps is made available to the public before that date, and the Leaderboard freezes at close. The Organizer may only extend it in accordance with Section 10.

4. Points

Each participant may link only one X account and one Discord account. The Organizer may verify completion of the actions by the technical means it considers appropriate.

Ranking. The Leaderboard ranks participants by Points, highest first. Ties go to whoever registered first. Points have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed or transferred, cannot be combined with other promotions and expire when the Promotion closes.

5. Prizes

At the close of the Term, the top 100 positions on the Leaderboard (the "Prize Zone") receive the following Prizes, totaling 5,000 USDC:

One Prize per person. If the same person holds several positions in the Prize Zone, only the highest is paid and the others pass to the next eligible participant. The Prize is personal and non-transferable, is delivered in USDC and cannot be exchanged for cash or for other goods or services.

USDC is a virtual asset, is not legal tender and its value may fluctuate. The Prize is denominated and paid in USDC, without conversion.

6. How Prizes are delivered

Review. Before delivery, the Organizer reviews the participants in the top one hundred fifty (150) positions to verify compliance with these Rules; the additional fifty (50) positions cover possible disqualifications.

Requirement to collect. To receive the Prize, the winner must have a Bitso Account in their own name with approved identity verification (KYC). The Organizer will notify winners at their verified e-mail; a winner who does not have approved KYC within thirty (30) calendar days of the notification forfeits the Prize, which passes to the next eligible participant.

Delivery. The Organizer grants the Prizes. Each Prize is credited to the winner's Bitso Account by means of a USDC deposit made, on behalf of the Organizer, within thirty (30) calendar days after the close of the Term or the approval of KYC, whichever is later.

7. Nature of the Promotion

Participation is free and requires no purchase, deposit or transaction. Each participant's position depends solely on objective, published criteria (registration date, valid referrals and completed actions); neither chance nor the Organizer's discretion plays a part. The Promotion is not a lottery, sweepstake or raffle.

8. Prohibited conduct and disqualification

The Organizer may withhold, refuse or revoke Points or Prizes and disqualify any participant, including after winners have been announced, if it detects signs of fraud or abuse, including: disposable e-mails, multiple accounts or aliases; self-referrals; registrations from the same IP address, device or network to generate artificial referrals; bots, scripts or other automated means; linking of X or Discord accounts belonging to others; or any conduct contrary to good faith. The Prize of a disqualified participant passes to the next eligible one. The Organizer may limit registrations per IP address and device and may exclude a disqualified participant from future promotions.

9. Important notices about Perps

The Waitlist is for informational and promotional purposes only. Nothing in these Rules or in the Promotion is an offer, invitation or recommendation to invest, or financial, legal or tax advice.

Perps is a high-risk product. Anyone who uses it will trade perpetual futures on Hyperliquid, a third-party platform, from their self-custodial wallet, through the Bitso Alpha interface. Neither the Organizer nor Bitso is the counterparty to the trades, holds the collateral, or can close positions or reverse liquidations. Leverage amplifies gains and losses and the user can lose all the collateral they deposit. Perps may not be available in all jurisdictions, may not be suitable for everyone, and access to it is subject to the Perps Terms.

The Organizer is not authorized or supervised as a provider of derivatives services by any financial authority in the participant's country of residence.

10. Changes, cancellation and force majeure

The Organizer may amend these Rules to extend the Term, increase the Prizes or clarify the mechanics, giving notice through the same channels as the Promotion at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance. No change will reduce the Prizes or affect Points already earned or the rights of those who already meet the requirements to win. The Organizer may suspend, shorten or cancel the Promotion only for causes beyond its control (including cyberattacks, serious technical failures, regulatory changes, acts of God or force majeure), giving notice through the same channels and, where possible, honoring the Leaderboard positions as of the date of the notice.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Organizer is not liable for technical failures or unavailability of the Waitlist, the Leaderboard or third-party platforms (including X and Discord), for e-mails not received or classified as spam, or for delays or restrictions in the launch of Perps. X and Discord do not sponsor, endorse or administer the Promotion. The Organizer's decisions regarding the Promotion are final, without prejudice to the rights the law grants participants.

12. Personal data and use of the Username

Your data (e-mail address, Username, X and Discord handles, IP address and device identifiers, Points and referrals and, where applicable, your Bitso Account identifier and KYC data) are processed in accordance with the Organizer's Privacy Notice, available at https://bitso.com/legal/VA/privacy_policy, and with applicable data-protection law, solely to administer and verify the Promotion, prevent fraud, deliver the Prizes and inform you about the launch of Perps. By registering, you agree that your Username, position and Points may be published on the Leaderboard and used to promote the Promotion.

13. Taxes

The Prize is delivered gross. Any tax arising from receiving it is the sole responsibility of the winner under the law of their country.

14. Relationship with other terms

Use of the Bitso Account is governed by Bitso's Terms and Conditions (https://bitso.com/legal/GI/terms). Use of Perps is governed by the Perps Terms. These Rules govern only the Promotion and prevail with respect to it.

15. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Rules are governed by the laws of the Republic of El Salvador, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Promotion will first be addressed directly through the support channels indicated on the Waitlist. If not resolved within thirty (30) days, it will be submitted to the competent courts of the city of San Salvador, El Salvador, and the participant waives any other forum to which they might be entitled. The foregoing does not affect any non-waivable rights granted to the participant by the consumer-protection law of their country of residence, or their right to approach the consumer authorities of that country. Participating in the Promotion implies knowledge and acceptance of these Rules.
